Ronn Motor Company Inc. announced on April 7 that the company is entering the bio-lubricant market with its proprietary Ronnzoil Hydraulic Fluids, the first in a broad range of "green," biodegradable, eco-friendly, non-petroleum-based, improved performance engine oils & lubricants.
Ronn Maxwell, CEO of Ronn Motors, stated, "Industry analysts project the demand for bio-based lubricants to advance 8.9 percent per year to 23 million gallons in 2012, or roughly 11 percent of the $2.4 billion lubricant market in the United States. We believe increased efforts by federal and state government to promote bio-based products in general and lubricants in particular, through the use of procurement preferences and tax incentives, will help to drive gains. Analysts also predict average synthetic hydraulic oil pricing to increase from approximately $9.90 per gallon in 2008 to $11.50 per gallon in 2012. That increase, coupled with our global distribution partner, Frigette Energy Systems, should provide our company with another potentially lucrative revenue stream."
Ronnzoil Hydraulic Fluids are biodegradable, non-petroleum-based, provide superior performance and can be used by any modern agro-industrial equipment utilizing a common pump or requiring a single fluid for final drives, transmissions, differentials, power take-off (PTO) units and wet brake systems. Typical equipment uses include farm tractors, combines, bull dozers, road graders, dump trucks, etc.
Ronnzoil Hydraulic Fluids have been extensively field tested, both on-road and off-road, under severe conditions and are now successfully being utilized in a number of agro-industrial equipment applications. It has readily met or exceeded manufacturers' performance specifications including those of Caterpillar, Deere, Case, Allison, Massey Ferguson, Kubota, International Harvester and others.
Ronnzoil Hydraulic Fluid's patented base formulation is the same Bio-Solvent (made from American grown animal fat byproducts from the meat industry) that all of Ronnzoil biodegradable oils and lubricants are derived from. Ronnzoil Hydraulic Fluid will not harm the environment.
Maxwell added, "The addition of biodegradable, environmentally friendly Ronnzoil Hydraulic Fluids to our company's offering is just one more step for Ronn Motor Company. We are moving forward in our mission to offer a wide range of green, eco-friendly products and alternative energy/power systems that will provide a positive economic and environmental impact to the transportation industry through the delivery of enhanced performance, improved gas mileage and significantly reduced emissions."
