RelaDyne recently announced that it has acquired Mid-State Industrial Supply Inc. and J.B. Weimar Inc. (MSIS). Located in Nashville, Tennessee, Mid-State Industrial services a wide range of automotive, commercial and industrial businesses along with auxiliary products including equipment services, chemicals, and commercial and retail fuels. This is RelaDyne's fifth acquisition of 2015.
