Trent Brett is an expert par excellence in the field of lubrication. Currently a Reliability Professional on the Allied Reliability team, Trent helps clients achieve better equipment reliability through a holistic approach. He specializes in lubrication and ultrasonics, with a focus on condition-based maintenance. He has an extensive background in machinery trouble-shooting and repairs, with proficiency in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Trent has over 10 years of maintenance and reliability experience in the pulp & paper, oil & gas, mining & minerals, and utilities industries. He is a certified Level II Machinery Lubrication Technician through the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML). He also holds Asset Reliability Practitioner: Reliability Engineer (ARP-E) and Vibration Analyst (VCAT 1) certifications. Before joining Allied, he was a Lubrication Subject Matter Expert. One highlight of his career was supporting the start-up and completion of a tissue mill greenfield site’s Lubrication and Reliability Program.
